Engagement is the first point of connection at Arouet, where trust is built, goals are clarified, and personalized pathways forward are created.

Our team works closely with each woman to understand her goals, barriers, and lived experience, ensuring she is met with empathy, respect, and a plan tailored to her needs.

Pathway Forward

Connecting participants to personalized support and coordinated next steps

Engagement helps participants clarify their goals, understand available options, and determine the best path forward. Each participant receives individualized attention to ensure her next steps align with her needs, strengths, and lived experience.

Many participants are guided toward enrollment in Arouet’s Economic Prosperity Center, where financial coaching, employment navigation, and health support work together to promote long term stability.

When a participant’s needs fall outside of core programs, Engagement provides thoughtful referrals and guidance to trusted community resources, ensuring continued support and momentum.
