Arouet works directly with its employment partners to identify their skillset needs. From there, a pool of talent that matches those skill needs is curated for the organization to interview.
Arouet provides education and support to employers to access incentives around fair chance hiring. These incentives include tax credit, vouchers, and Arouet employer handbook.
Arouet candidates come prepared for employment. They have participated in our wrap around programs tailored to building a strong and stable foundation for a life post-incarceration.
Reentry is difficult, we understand the needs of people doing it. Arouet provides support through various programs, like mentorship, to help ensure that candidates remain employment ready.
