DESCRIPTION:TOPS began in 2004 to support the women in Televerde call centers as they transitioned out of Perryville prison back into society. Today\, the goal of TOPS remains the same: to facilitate a holistic approach to reintegrate with a focus on professional employment and reduction in recidivism.  \nTOPs is the major program ran by Arouet\, though we expand to women post-release as well. TOPS is a huge part of our modern\, innovative\, second-chance movement for women transitioning out of the correctional system. We provide preparation for reentry\, successful community integration\, and career and life success.
